What We Offer

What we offer

Three core services, built around what employers actually need from a skilled, trusted partner.

What we do

Each service is tailored to your organisation's context, practical, inclusive, and focused on long-term outcomes.

Account manager coordinating a single managed service for employers
Managed Service

Single Managed Service

A best-in-class managed apprenticeship service that costs employers nothing. We act as your single point of contact across the entire apprenticeship journey, from identifying workforce needs and attracting talent, through onboarding, right up to delivery by our carefully selected training provider partners.

Rather than juggling multiple providers, contracts and points of contact, you get one coordinated service and one relationship to manage. We handle provider matching, due diligence, onboarding logistics and ongoing quality oversight, so your team can focus on the day-to-day while your apprenticeship programme runs smoothly in the background.

Our model is funded through our provider partners, not our employer clients, which means you access an impartial, best-fit matching service with no cost and no catch. We only succeed when your programme does.

Consultants reviewing workforce strategy and skills planning
Consultancy

Consultancy

When you need expert guidance rather than a fully managed service, our consultancy draws on years of hands-on experience across the UK skills and education landscape.

We advise on apprenticeship and workforce strategy, helping you design the pathways and progression routes that align with your growth plans. We support attraction and recruitment strategy so you reach and engage the right talent. We help you make the most of your apprenticeship levy, identifying opportunities to optimise spend, transfer unused funds or bring in gifted levy from partner organisations. And we bring rigour to provider due diligence and workforce planning, so the decisions you make are grounded in evidence and real market knowledge.

Whether you need a one-off strategic review or ongoing advisory support, we tailor our input to where you are and where you want to get to.

Special Projects

Special Projects

Some of the most important workforce challenges sit outside the mainstream, and these are the ones we are most drawn to. Our special projects are ambitious, sector-shaping programmes designed to reach people and places that conventional provision too often overlooks.

We build prison-based apprenticeship pathways that give people a genuine route to employment on release. We develop sport-for-development programmes that turn the reach of football and community sport into meaningful careers. And we design employment pathways that open doors for people who face additional barriers to work.

These programmes bring together employers, training providers, funders and delivery partners around a shared ambition. If you have a bold idea for widening access to skills and employment, or want to partner on one of ours, this is where we do our most distinctive work.

Team coordinating levy gifting and apprenticeship funding
Levy Gifting

Levy Gifting

Every year, large employers leave millions in unspent Apprenticeship Levy on the table. Levy gifting turns that dormant funding into real skills, real jobs and real social mobility, and we make the whole process simple.

Through the Greaves Education Learning Fund, we connect levy-paying employers with the SMEs, charities and growing organisations that need funded training but cannot always access it. Donors transfer a portion of their unused levy to us; we direct it to carefully matched recipients who want to invest in quality apprenticeships; and people develop genuine skills that strengthen businesses and open career opportunities.

For donors, it is a straightforward way to make their levy count and contribute directly to workforce development across the UK. For recipients, it unlocks training that might otherwise be out of reach. We handle the matching, the governance and the coordination end-to-end, so both sides can focus on the impact rather than the admin.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Buying or selling a training provider is a complex process. There is a lot to get right, from due diligence and Ofsted compliance to learner TUPE and funding agreements. We work with training providers at every stage of the process, helping them understand their options, get their business ready for sale and find the right buyers or partners.

Whether you are thinking about an exit, looking to grow through acquisition or simply want to understand what your business is worth, we have the sector knowledge and the right connections to support you through it.
