What drives the way we work

  • Inclusion at the centre We design every programme with the full spectrum of learners in mind — not as an afterthought.
  • Rigour and quality We hold ourselves to high standards in everything we design and deliver.
  • Genuine partnership We work alongside organisations, not above them — listening before prescribing.
  • Long-term impact We're interested in sustainable change, not short-term outputs.

The Greaves Education Learning Fund

The Greaves Education Learning Fund enables large employers to gift unused Apprenticeship Levy funds to support the training and development of smaller organisations and individuals who may otherwise struggle to access funded skills programmes.

How it works

  1. 01
Levy-paying employers transfer funds Large organisations transfer a portion of their unused Apprenticeship Levy to Greaves Education.
  2. 02
Greaves Education allocates the funding Funding is directed to SMEs, charities, and growing organisations seeking investment in high-quality training and apprenticeships.
  3. 03
Skills development at scale Valuable levy funds are fully utilised to develop skills, strengthen businesses, and create meaningful career opportunities — particularly for organisations without the internal resources to navigate the system.
  4. 04
Lasting economic and social impact Participating employers play a direct role in supporting workforce development across the UK, driving economic growth and social mobility.
